The first workshop on adaptation of persons with disabilities to work was opened in Mogilev. And 5 disabled persons received workplaces. The company made a contract with a new arrivals for a year.
Five new dispatchers are briefing the last instruction before begin their work. To their duties belong reception of indications from hot and cold water counters from citizens and record processing of answering machine. And it’s a great piece of luck for disabled person of groups 2 and 3, to get that work, say new arrivals.
Marina Borisova until her coming to monitoring service, graduated from college, and then she was working at it. Recently she has entered the university. And for her, as future economist, such work is irreplaceable experience and practice.
The author of creation of a workshop – the municipal Center of information systems — sees only advantages in its work. Firstly, disabled people can realize theirs potential completely. And, secondly, the payment processing center only will win in the speed and quality of service to the public. The contracts with dispatchers were made while for a year. But everyone has a chance.

Natalia Shembalova, the chief of payment processing center №5 of Mogilev says:
At the end of the year if a person got to like this job, and was suitable for us, he will got a chance to stay on this workplace on a regular basis. It will facilitate our work considerably.
Elena Bolshekova, director of the municipal Center of information systems of Mogilev says:
This dispatching service will be popular and will be high-demand on the part of the population.
Time will show how successful will be a new program. But, most probably, that a lot of similar dispatching services will be created in all districts of Mogilev in a short time, reported in the News program “24 hours” on СTV.
